Product Description
YLW horizontal chain grate automatic industrial biomass hot oil boiler is a chain grate fuel feeding mode, the fuel can be grade II bituminous coal and biomass particles (sawdust, bagasse, straw, etc.). The heat carrier is heat conducting oil. The circulating pump force and heat transfer medium circulates in the liquid, transfers heat to the user equipment for heating, and then returns to the heating furnace for reheating. Because of working in liquid state, the YLW type coal/biomass fired hot oil boiler is safe and reliable.
1. Prolong the boiler service life according to the cloesed circulation heating, and protect the environment.
2. Increase the heating area by adopting the pipe coil structure.
3. Reduce the temperature difference between exhaust gas and hot oil outlet according the countercurrent flow.
